Our primary connectivity rarely exceeds 30% of it's capacity, allowing our clients' web sites to be downloaded reliably and at high speeds.

Once any of our Internet links reaches 50% capacity it is company policy to double bandwidth of the links ensuring that web site performance is never degraded. Only authorised personnel may access our datacentre through the use of individualised electronic key tags and pin numbers. All access to our datacentre and office is monitored by an in-house closed video system.

Our data centre is located at -
Level 2, 390 St. Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004.

UPS
Mulitple UPS back ups. Providing enough time for emergency shut-down procedures.

Power Generation
Dual diesel back generators.

Cabling
All cabling designed to Category 5 or better specifications. Cabling is routed via cable ducts in our ceiling.

Smoke Detectors
Monitor for any detection of fire or smoke, alerting our staff to take immediate action.

Fire Extinguishers
We have two types of extinguishers within our datacentre, covering emergencies for standard and/or electrical fires.

Environment
Our datacentre is climate controlled. We aim to stay within the following ranges -
Constant 21¼C +/- 2¼C.
Relative humidity 50% +/- 10%.
