The information that you supply to us is used to conduct business transactions with you and to enable us to better meets your needs and requirements. When you supply us with a credit card number that is used to make a payment to us we securely transmit this to our online payment processor where the credit card transaction is either accepted or declined by our issuing banker. The online payment processor stores any necessary details about the transaction/s. We store a payment authorisation reference number associated with all transaction/s. It is not possible for this reference number to be used for any other purpose other than recording the fact that we conducted a credit card transaction with you and our online payment processor or to follow up disputes with you or our relevant bank.

REFUND POLICY
Payments may be paid by cash, credit card, direct debit or bank transfer. Website designs or packages require 50% deposit of total package and feature add-ons purchase price to commence work and services.

All payments are refundable within 7 days in full under the provision no work or services have been performed. In the event work or services have commenced any work or services are provided digitally but are deducted from total purchase price, deposit or payments. If a remaining balance is due refunds may not be provided to the client.

Under any circumstance refunds are NOT issued after 7 days cooling off period as design, progamming, work and services have commenced. This is agreed upon with all payments of deposits, monthly credit card, monthy direct debit or invoices.

HOSTING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Internet Browser Support
Our policy is to support the browser with the most current support for the HTML code subset. (That is HTML defined by the W3C committee.) We do not support non-standard HTML or non-standard Java or non-standard ASP. To this end we develop sites that can be viewed equally well in Navigator 6/7, Opera, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and IE5/5.5/6/7, however our sites are developed with an Internet Explorer Browser target in mind. However, we do test all sites on the Netscape Navigator, Firefox and Mozilla browsers for basic compatibility and functionality.

General and Legal Information
Although we will exercise all reasonable care in our duty, you agree that under no circumstance can you hold Mydoor.com.au or its partners, contractors, associates liable for any consequence or damages whether expressed or implied, in any manner arising from the creation or modification or hosting of a web site. This also includes server and/or link down times and related problems associated with the Internet. Normally any network aberrations are not anything to do with Mydoor.com.au or its partners, contractors, associates. Further, we cannot be held responsible for site content (especially if it is of an adult nature), cart malfunctions, or any problems associated with stray emails, file or packet corruption and the like. Upon site upload to the server and subject to your agreement that the web site we have created meets your expectations, our duty of fulfilling our product and service supply is deemed concluded. The information contained in any Web Site is prepared solely for the purpose of providing information about your company and partners to interested parties. Mydoor.com.au from internal and external published sources has compiled the Website in good faith, but no representation is made or warranty given (either expressed or implied) as to its completeness or accuracy of the information that it contains. Materials contained in any Website belong to Mydoor.com.au while-ever that site is on-line and is subject to agreement on completion (this means all custom designed graphics belong to Mydoor.com.au until full payment is met). This excludes material supplied from external sources or by the client or that has existing copyright. Note: It is up to the client to ensure that they have the legal right to use any material supplied and/or paid any royalties or fees involved. You agree to absolve Mydoor.com.au from any liability in regards to copyright issues from artwork supplied or uploaded by you, the customer.

Hosting
Website and email hosting are paid in advance on 25th of each calendar month. No minimun term contract is entered into or necessary. The customer/website owner provides credit card or direct debit payment on or within 7 days of the 25th of each month to continue domain, website, database, administration, DNS, email filtering, email services and support. Failure of successful in advance monthly payments may result in domain, website or email services being suspended or terminated.
